The Thinking Cap Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If at any time, within 45 days, you are NOT tickled with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or credit for the amount of the purchase (minus shipping.) You might also like to exchange it for another item in our online catalog.
In the unlikely event that we made a mistake with your order or the product we sent you was defective in any way, please call (724-282-3873) or email (thetcap@zoominternet.net) BEFORE returning the item. In the case of a defective item, the manufacturer may prefer to ship a replacement to you directly, so it’s important to contact us first!
Here’s the fine print (you knew there had to be a catch, right?): Reproducible books and clearance items are NOT returnable. All sales are final on these items. Items returned in original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition will be issued a credit for the entire purchase price minus shipping charges. This credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Return shipping charges are your responsibility too. Returned items that have been opened and/or are not in any condition to be resold, will receive store credit only in the amount of the original purchase, minus shipping.
When making a return, please include all original paperwork and a brief description of the reason for the return.
