Family Game Nights

We here at The Thinking Cap, believe there are wonderful games on the market today that reinforce basic skills as well as or better than flash cards and workbooks.  We also believe that family time is crucial to every child’s development, both socially and educationally speaking.  A Family Game Night at your school can help to reinforce basic reading & math skills while bringing families together in a fun atmosphere! 

We constantly screen games and provide to you 15 – 20 of the best in the industry, customized flyers, handouts and coupons for parents, and 2 – 3 of our best game-players!  We do not charge a fee for our services, but we ask that you purchase $100 or more in games or gift certificates to be used as door prizes that evening.

All you have to do is make copies of the flyer to distribute to your students, round up some volunteers to help demo the games, and reserve the multipurpose room for your Family Game Night. 

 The Thinking Cap has co-hosted Family Game Nights at dozens of schools/districts throughout Western Pennsylvania.  It’s a wonderful way to involve parents and get kids excited about learning.  The element of FUN makes all the difference!
